WHAT BROKEN & BRAVE CAN DO FOR YOU

You Shouldn’t Have To Figure All Of This Out Alone

Broken & Brave Health exists because after years of working as a nurse, I started realizing just how much adult women caregivers are carrying on their shoulders every single day.

I’ve lived it. I’ve seen it. And I know how heavy it can be.

Somehow, women almost always become the default caregiver. ❤️‍🩹

For their parents.
For their children.
For their spouses.
For everyone.

And most of them are trying to manage medications, appointments, insurance issues, hospitalizations, family stress, and impossible healthcare decisions with absolutely no medical background and almost no real support.

I saw women around my age drowning in the healthcare system while still trying to work, raise families, hold relationships together, drink enough water, eat healthily, stay active, and keep themselves from completely falling apart in the process.

The healthcare system is overwhelming enough without women being expected to somehow become nurses, advocates, care coordinators, insurance experts, and emotional support systems overnight for the people they love.

My goal is simple:
to help make healthcare feel less confusing, less overwhelming, and less lonely for the women carrying the weight of it all.

How Broken & Brave Helps

Clarity, direction, relief, and support.

🔥 When you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and emotionally deep in caregiving, even simple healthcare tasks can start to feel impossible.

Broken & Brave Health is here to help simplify the chaos so you can stop feeling like you’re constantly drowning in information, pressure, and decisions.

Together, we can help you:

  • better understand complicated medical situations
  • organize and prioritize next steps
  • prepare for provider appointments
  • know what questions to ask
  • make sense of medications and treatment plans
  • navigate hospitalizations and discharges
  • talk through hospice and end-of-life questions
  • advocate more confidently for your loved one
  • reduce caregiver overwhelm and decision fatigue
  • and feel less alone while carrying all of this

Sometimes people don’t need more medical jargon or another rushed appointment.

Sometimes they just need someone experienced in their corner helping them slow down, sort through the bs, and figure out what actually matters most. 💛
